Prodfoto shall not be liable for any misuse or mishandling of delivered output images by our customers or their end-users. It is the customer's responsibility to use the images within legal terms.

  3. Shipping Fees and Responsibilities: All shipping fees, re-shipping fees, hidden fees, and customs taxes incurred by chosen shipping couriers are the responsibility of the customer. Prodfoto will advise on preferred shipping couriers and provide guidance on proper packaging to minimize damage during shipment.

    Liability Clauses

  4. Liability for Illegal Activities: Prodfoto and Marini Films (our parent company) shall not be liable for any illegal activities, including violations of copyrights, intellectual property, trademarks, etc., conducted by the customer using our services. Customers are responsible for ensuring their products and usage of our services comply with legal standards.

  5. Liability for Undeclared or Wrongly Declared Goods: Prodfoto and Marini Films are not liable for issues arising from undeclared or wrongly declared goods by the customer or their overseas suppliers. We will provide instructions for shipping products and properly declaring items to couriers to avoid shipment delays.

  6. Liability for Illegal Products: Prodfoto and its partner companies are not liable for any illegal activities or products shipped by the customer. In such cases, we will notify governing authorities and couriers. The customer will be responsible for any resulting damages and legal consequences.

  7. Account Security: Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account and password and for restricting access to their computer. Users agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under their account or password.
